Eligibility & Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that:

1. You are 18 years of age or older.

Withdrawal Policy

The mobile banking number used for withdrawals must be registered in your own name and must match the number used when making deposits.

Withdrawal limits by membership tier:

• Regular Member — Daily maximum ৳50,000 / weekly ৳1,50,000.
• Silver VIP — Daily maximum ৳75,000.
• Gold VIP — Daily maximum ৳1,00,000.
• Diamond VIP — Daily maximum ৳3,00,000.

KYC verification is mandatory for your first withdrawal — you'll need to upload photos of both sides of your National ID along with a selfie. Once verified, you won't need to repeat the process for future withdrawals.

General rules that apply to all bonuses:

• The rollover requirement for each bonus is generally 10× to 30× the original bonus amount.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus is active, the bonus balance will be cancelled.

User Conduct
